Abstract: The author attempts to comprehend the temporal localization of the globalization subject in terms of its genesis periodization and its nature. This approach allows the author to explain fundamental importance of globalization subject transformation into the factor of global integration optimization processes. The key self-development issues providing the subject with improvement potential are defined.
