Abstract: The author analyses a spectrum of preventive measures held by religious organizations, public and local establishment of Volgograd, forms and prevention methods of deviant behavior among children and teenagers in the region. The information on mutual cooperation of regional religious organizations and local authorities, local establishment, other religious organizations, mass media is accumulated in the course of the qualitative research.
