Abstract: National interests as the sociocultural phenomenon represent a multilevel structure. In valuable hierarchy national interests can be divided into two levels – universal and specific. Universal national interests consist in the successful development of humanity and the global civilization. Specific level of national interests is connected with problems of steady self-reproduction. Analyzing the features of structuring the national interests at these levels is of a certainscientific and practical interest.
