Abstract: On the basis of the complex of social, legal, political studies of the process of legal socialization of the young people the author is trying to create a model of forecasting the legal activity of the modern youth as a factor of civil identity in a contemporary Russian society. Of particular importance for the author's research has the thesis about sweeping regulatory or standard specimens of socialization with individualized biographical structures, in the basis of which in the conditions of modernism are individual choice and individual responsibility of the young generation.
