Abstract. The article raises the problem of modern methodological comprehension theories on anthropogeny. When considering the historiography of science and human knowledge one surely knows that its methodological basis is represented by objectivist and naturalistic ideas. This theme is seen by many authors in the evolutionary perspective. The deficit remains in phenomenological understanding of consciousness in relation to addressing the question of anthropogeny.

Key words: anthropogeny, methodological comprehension, objectivism, naturalism, dialectics, phenomenology.
