Abstract. This article is devoted to the problem of justice in route taxis of Volgograd. This problem is discussed in frames of sociology of mobility. The subject of the article is a mobile community of strangers in route taxis. This community of strangers is constructed by means of media (mobilis in mobili) – different gadgets and money. The voyage represents an oscillation of a passenger between alienation and involvement. The involvement takes place when people keep watching over money in the process of fare. This article contains the ethnographical description of daily fare in Volgograd route taxis. At this, money is involved in moral order of justice or it even creates this order.
