Abstract: The author attempts to interprete the system of the Russian citizen's political and legal activity. The axiological and semantic system deformation phenomenon is substantiated. The conceptual aspect of the person's political and legal socialisation is defined. The basic tendencies of Russian citizens' axiological and semantic system transformation are established.
