Abstract: The author investigates a crisis situation in education and comes to the conclusion that there is the necessity for a systematic approach in the process of knowledge teaching that becomes possible in the result of coordination of teachers who are able to form so-called uniting knowledge based on understanding and which is a condition of general cultural training.
