Abstract: The article concerns social and economic values and entrepreneur development in Russia. The author reveals the essence of institutionalization process in frames of social and economic values, considers Russian peculiarities of the phenomenon and shows that the culture of contemporary Russian entrepreneurs is still in the process of formation.
