Abstract: The author gives the ontological understanding of the concept of a healthy lifestyle through the experience of being-to-death and of being as suffering, where there unfolds the fundamental, the specific structure of the care of ourselves, part of which is a healthy way of life, manifesting itself in the struggle with sufferings and ill health.
