Abstract: The sociological analysis of the role of medical dynasties in healthcare institute functioning is carried out. Interrelations of the dynasty phenomenon with other healthcare system features are revealed. Laws and statistical tendencies connected with the influence of the dynasty phenomenon on vocational training of medical high school students are formulated.
