Abstract: The article gives the narrative approach to the research of the attitude of young people to their own age. The results of the research reflecting the specificity of narrations (narratives) of young people and types of the attitude to their own age are presented.
Key words: youth as social-demographic group, subjective age, narrative analysis, W. Labov and J. Waletzky's narrative scheme, type of relation to one's own age.
