Abstract: In his paper "Casus of the Scriptor," Nikolay Omelchenko discusses the phenomenon of "the death of the author", which was described by Roland Barthes. There takes place criticism of this statement and the explanation that the situation of the mechanical writing and interpreting of the texts is above all connected with the lack of spirituality of writing and reading individuals. Obviously, there is a human need for a personal spirit, including spiritualization in the process of philosophical education.
