Abstract: Social-philosophical problems of law socialization of a person are considered in the article; specific features and negative displays of legal socialization in the Russian society are presented as well. The author focuses on one of the main issues, i.d. the relation "man – society", paying attention to the correlation, dependence of human intrinsicality on social and law factors.
