Abstract: The reflection and consciousness functions as elements of system of reflective management are analysed in the article. The reflection allows realizing a personal position in an administrative situation and forms the ability to make decisions independently. Self-consciousness promotes the objectification of subjective experience, improving the interchange between the inner and outer world of a person.
