Abstract. The paper presents a detailed analysis of spatially structured perception, which is possible only under the condition of recognizing the value of time. Manipulative projects – pseudo-apocalyptic or catastrophic, are usually based on the elimination of value-based time perception. Fixing the value of time is essential for the transformation of the cyberspace into the social space. Social and civilizational achievements depend on the extensive use of images, ordering representations on the basis of similar objects in the spatial relation rather than on cause-effect relationships, as demonstrated by the religious socialization institutes. The author also clarifies an essential feature of social risk, as actions in the space without proper temporary foundation, which would give a full perception of reality. The dominance of spatial perception is the foundation for success in the colonization of cyberspace, “planar” and non-surround, where the time reversibility of the changes, in fact, destroys the perception of time, both social and physical. The author points out the importance of the danger of flattening the value of perception, which dies outside of time perception. Understanding these features is necessary for successful implementation of tasks on information support of state national policy of the Russian Federation. The strategy of state national policy of the Russian Federation proposed to solve these problems through the distribution of promotional and industrial products, production and placement of television and radio public service announcements and other video products, support the establishment of thematic radio and television broadcasts, newspaper and magazine columns, Internet projects. Thus, the author prescribes the colonization of cyberspace, traditionally solved at the expense of filling, not transformation.

Key words: religion, socialization, space, spatiality, time, risk.
