Abstract: In this article considered the influence of economic problems of the family on the effectiveness living arrangements of the orphans and children left without parental care. Showed the relation of the foster parent's motivation with the assessment of their degree of the adopted child's difficulty, given the analysis of socio-economic problems of the Volgograd region
