Abstract: This paper evaluates performance of social programs introduced at the enterprise level. It looks at the impact of the social programs on employees' attitudes and their industrial behavior. The collected data reveals the positive impact of the corporate social policy on the following areas. It strengthens emotional and psychological ties between an employee and organization; increases the job satisfaction and slows down the potential workforce turnover. However, the research data also indicates that social programs do not affect productivity, creativity, responsibility and discipline of employees.
