Abstract: The condition of unity the complex systems is special, inverted interfacing their arctic features order and сhaos. It is incorporated integral factor of structured selforganisation, which analysis allows to go to probable expository mechanism of the formation of the balance in complex collection of the social structures. The broughted results one of the possible approach to problem of the internal firm interfacing the order and chaos. The concrete conditions firm selforganisation are considered in key inverted balance relations.
