Abstract. The content analysis main results of the popular children's animated series "Winx Club" are presented in this article. This is a typical sample of modern western media production for children, adolescents and youth. The authors conclude such production destroys the traditional system of demographic socialization and family values. Its centralized showing and distribute in Russia could increase the negative demographic trends. Therefore, state policy measures to counter the distribution are necessary.
