Abstract: An attempt to investigate the quality of health of working population has been undertaken. Interpretation of the category of health and its components has been proposed. The important role of influence of social-economic factors on citizens' wellbeing has been revealedon the basis of statistic data and works by famous scholars. Components of social technology, recommended for realization in business with the purpose of improving the health of employees, have been pointed out.
