В статье рассматривается вопрос о предпосылочном базисе выделения философии науки в относительно самостоятельную область исследований. Цель работы заключается в раскрытии возможности обоснования философии науки в качестве особой формы теоретического сознания, необходимой для критического анализа оснований научного знания. С этой точки зрения актуализируется выход на обобщающий уровень развития методов науки, прояснения внутренней логики научно-исследовательской деятельности и других аспектов. Методом сравнительного анализа в исторической перспективе сопоставлены основные концепции философии науки: как комплекса эпистемологических и методологических проблем и как социокультурного феномена. Проанализированы исторические этапы формирования философии науки, включая ее связь с космологическими и теологическими концепциями. Анализируется многообразие подходов к определению сущности философии науки. Оно отражает момент внутренней непоследовательности и затрудняет интерпретацию в качестве специфического направления исследований. Показано, что формирование философии науки как автономной дисциплины обусловлено сложным переплетением исторических, методологических, онтологических и системных предпосылок. Новизна исследования заключается в обосновании необходимости междисциплинарного подхода для выявления системы фундаментальных категорий, специфичных для философии науки. Такая система обеспечивает теоретическую целостность и концептуальную ясность философии науки. Показано, что в систему категорий входит научный факт, научный закон, парадигма, принцип фальсификации и др. Это позволяет отличить философию науки от других философских направлений. Раскрыты новые вызовы, в особенности со стороны бурного развития цифровых технологий, с которыми философия науки сталкивается в современных условиях.

The article addresses the question about foundational premises that allow philosophy of science to be distinguished as a relatively independent field of research. The aim of the study is to reveal the potential for justifying philosophy of science as a specific form of theoretical consciousness, which is necessary for the critical analysis of the foundations of scientific knowledge. From this perspective, it becomes relevant to reach a generalizing level in the development of scientific methods and to clarify the internal logic of science, among other aspects. Using the method of comparative analysis in historical perspective, the main concepts of philosophy of science are compared – both as a complex of epistemological and methodological problems and as a sociocultural phenomenon. The historical stages in the formation of philosophy of science are analyzed, including its connections with cosmological and theological concepts. The diversity of approaches to defining the essence of philosophy of science is examined. This reflects a certain internal inconsistency within the field and complicates its interpretation as a distinct area of research. It is demonstrated that the emergence of philosophy of science as an autonomous discipline results from a complex interplay of historical, methodological, ontological, and systemic premises. The novelty of the research lies in substantiating the need for an interdisciplinary approach to identify a system of fundamental categories, specific for the philosophy of science. This system is presented in a systematic manner for the first time. It ensures theoretical coherence and conceptual clarity in the philosophy of science. It is shown that the system of categories of philosophy of science includes the scientific fact, law, paradigm, principle of falsification, etc. This enables one to distinguish philosophy of science from other philosophical disciplines. Finally, new challenges are identified – particularly those arising from the rapid development of digital technologies – with which philosophy of science must contend in contemporary conditions.
