Abstract. A new level of activity approach in the philosophy of today is characterized by the development of social and cultural practices associated with the emergence of network forms of organization of activity. Philosophical and methodological analysis of this activity points to the uncertainty and unpredictability. The paper proposes a mechanism of interaction activity and thinking, which is formed during the conversion of public life. The interpretation of these components, their description and explanation becomes urgent philosophical task.
