Abstract: The concept of social modernization is very broad and covers all areas of human existence. The problem of social communication directly related to reality. In the language space is socialization of the individual, as well as readiness to interact formed in different modes: both personal and intercultural. The classical theory of the development of language and communication practices lead to inconsistencies in the explanation of contemporary social processes. The complexity and ambiguity of the evidence of the need to address issues of language on the basis of the functioning of communication links in the context of globalization and mondialization.
